Throughout the journey, players unlock Stellar Wisdom, earn power-ups, and enhance their magnetic attraction field. The recommended session duration is 6-12 minutes daily, practiced four times per week for a total of four weeks, to observe potential benefits.

Mechanism of Action

The therapeutic foundation of StarStarter is based on a cognitive training approach that focuses on modifying subconscious attentional patterns through ABM. It leverages the brain's inherent capability to recognize facial expressions at a subconscious level—a response evident even in infants to their parents’ smiles. During gameplay, facial expressions are integrated to help retrain emotional responses and attention patterns associated with ongoing anxiety.
